| DIAMETER: | Minimum small end diameter 12" inside bark. There is no maximum large end diameter |
| KNOTS: | All knots an limbs must be trimmed flush with the surface of stem. No knots larger than 3" |
| END CUTS: | Both ends of the log must be cut square & straight. The butt cuts must be clean cut. |
| CROOKS: | No crook allowed |
| ROT: | Rotten, dead, hollow are not acceptable. A log containing sap Rot due to worms is subject to be culled or grade a #3 log. |
| DAMAGE: | Damaged logs are not acceptable. |
| METAL: | Logs containing metal are not acceptable. |
| GRADE: | Logs must grade #2 or better |
| CULLS: | Logs not meeting specifications are subject to deductions or Cull. McGee Lumber Co., Inc. reserves the right to refuse to purchase any delivered stems which fail to meet specs set forth and to make such deposition thereof, as deemed proper, without seller's prior inspection or approval. |
